Who do you ship through?
We ship all of our orders through United States Postal Service.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you have provided us.
You can track your package at www.usps.com
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days.
Orders that have been placed on Friday and the weekends will be shipped out the following week.
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Where is my package? / Does my package have a tracking number?
Yes all packages have a tracking number.
If your tracking information has not updated or your order says it was delivered and is nowhere to be found, please be sure to check with your local post office. They will be able to check the status of your package.
Be sure to double check your order information to make sure that you entered the correct shipping information.
If you live in a building with multiple residents, be sure to check with your office or reception for your building.
What do I do if my order is not right or I am missing an item?
If your package arrives and is incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Please be sure to include the information of what was wrong in your order, what you were suppose to receive along with your email and order number. We will do our best to get your order fixed.
What if a product is broken in my order?
If an item is broken or damaged when you receive your package, please get ahold of us right away (within 2 days of receiving your order). Send us a message with a picture of the broken or damaged item along with the order number. If it is after the two days of receiving your order there will be returns available.
Can I exchange a product?
Daisy Raes Boutique does no offer exchanges!
Do to the limited quantity of our merchandise we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be in stock when we receive your return.
An item is out of stock, when will it be available?
Unfortunately if an item is out of stock we will not always be able to reorder that item.
If an item sells out fast, we will try our best to restock it. The restock may take a few days or takes a few weeks. It all depends on how fast the vendor can get it to us.
Are plus sizes available?
When an order is put into our vendors usually the sizes will come in Small to Extra Large. If the item is available is more sizes we will order those as well. Vendors do not take sizing requests and we get what is available.
